Ava is entering her first season with the Lewis and Clark Women's Basketball team.
Prior to joining LC, Ava was a standout basketball player at Grissom High School in Huntsville, AL. During her time in high school, Ava shot over 30% from 3 and 75% from the FT line. Ava has two siblings, Lea and Nate Smith who both reside in Huntsville, AL.
